Noise from outside hallway and next door. There was a party going on at midnight and had to contact front desk 3 times before noise ended after 2 hours.

$9 per night parking, beds looked nice, but hard.

The hotel was very nice, excellent staff, and the rooms looked great. The bed was a disappointment because it looked very cozy, but was in fact very hard. We were disappointed that they had closed the side door that lead to parking because the negative degree temperature was causing the lobby to get cold, so we had to walk around the building to get our $9 per night parking spot. ...read more

The bed was a little to hard.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Loved the breakfast buffet! Delicious! Very clean and elegant atmosphere.
